Business Analyst- Paid Media

We’re seeking a skilled Paid Search Specialist to execute high-quality campaigns on Google, Meta and other platforms for some of the best brands in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing keyword research, creative analysis, writing ad copy, developing search traffic estimates, segmenting keywords into campaign structures and aligning them based on business goals, optimizing content, and contributing to the technical consulting needs of our clients’ program
  • Carrying out creative and audience analysis. Performing A/B tests on creative and audiences to develop winning strategies.
  • Understanding of analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Branch etc.
  • Responsible for effectively managing various client accounts and budgeting requirements
  • General Business tasks will include, but not be limited to: research (industry, client, competitive, etc.); campaign analysis; time/task management; project management; prioritization of activities to meet deadlines
  • Perform frequent data manipulation and interpretation exercises, with Excel and proprietary tools; Experience with Excel is critical
  • Provide proactive communication and effective time management skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Science or Engineering (Freshers are welcome)
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel expertise (non negotiable)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills  (non negotiable)
  • Proactive communication and collaboration skills
  • A self-driven attitude to learn and grow in digital marketing
  • Some experience with paid media, including search marketing and social media would be a plus; but not a requirement. 
  • Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Ads, DV360 etc. certifications are a plus

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Search campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Performance
    • Monitor multiple account performance and ensure accurate targets are being achieved and ensure the health of the accounts.
    • Analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.Provide actionable insights meet & exceed campaign objectives
    • Develop account strategy in partnership with client and PPC Director and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs
  • Client Handling
    • Own the relationship with client stakeholders aiming for high client satisfaction and retention. 
    • Responsible for client success by managing client strategy and always working on campaign efficiencies
  • Team Management
    • Manage, train, and develop the team of account associates and senior associates
  • Leadership
    • Be accountable for thought leadership activity with the client and internally; putting forward new topics of interest and championing creative strategic thinking
    • Liaise with channel partners, vendors and third party representatives to maintain/develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preference in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field).
  • 3-5 years of paid search experience.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe).
  • Hands-on experience managing online campaigns across various platforms Google AdWords, SA 360, Bing Ads. (Yandex, Baidu, DV360 & META are preferable, but not essential.)
  • Strong understanding of SEM fundamentals.
  • SA360 certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strategic Thinking: Beyond tactical execution, a Paid Search Manager must think strategically. Understand client goals, align campaigns with business objectives, and drive long-term success.
  • Client Relationship Building: Building trust with clients is essential. Active listening, empathy, and responsiveness contribute to strong client relationships.
